OUR STOCK

We have approximately 32000 kinds of Stock items on our shelves from our various Suppliers.

Our produce ranges from Healthfoods, dietary special foods, dried fruit & nuts, herbs and spices, sauces and spreads, all the way to Supplements for healthy well-being.

ORDERING FROM US

You may wish to phone us for availability on a product to find out if we can stock it/order it in for you.

If we can order in a specific product for you, this is called a 'Special Order'

Special Orders by you, in-person, or by phone, will normally be available within 7 days for collection, often arriving on a Wednesday/Thursday afternoon (our common order-unpacking days) unless otherwise specified.

We are unable to run Home deliveries at this time, so it is necessary to come to our Shop to collect a Special Order.

HERBS AND SPICES

We stock culinary Herbs & Spices, either in small 70g boxes, or in larger sizes up to 500g BULK.
 These large sizes can be a considerable saving if you use a lot.

GENERAL BULK FOOD SUPPLIES

MOST FRUIT, NUTS, SEEDS, GRAINS, FLAKES etc. ARE AVAILABLE IN BULK.

MINIMUM QUANTITY IS 5kg.

THERE CAN BE A SUBSTANTIAL SAVING ON STUFF YOU USE A LOT  !!!!

DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT,  PRICES CAN CHANGE: OUR SUPPLIERS ARE
USUALLY VERY GOOD AND KEEP TO AGREED COSTS.

Alpro-Soya / Provamel 

These names represent one and the same Product/Company. Alpro is often seen in Supermarkets, whereas we receive an Organic version under the name Provamel, but they are the same company.  We currently run a 99p per 1L carton promotion for Provamel Soya Milks and Choc/Vanilla Soya Desserts.
